The “Vale Rink,” returning for its fourth year, is located on the 23rd floor rooftop of The William Vale in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and has breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline.
The hotel opened in 2016 and also features its own public park space, pool, and local art displays. The rink is its newest addition to a space already full of fun.
And, the rink is actually not technically made of ice! According to a press release, their rink is made of “Glice”—a sustainable, synthetic ice made that doesn’t require any water or use of power. The surface creates a similar experience without all the cold and wetness of real ice!
Vale Rink is open Wednesday-Friday from 2p.m. – 10p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 12p.m. – 10p.m. Book your reservation here.
The cost—which includes skates and locker use—is $20 for adults and $12 for children.
It is located at the 23rd floor rooftop of The William Vale at 111 N 12th St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
And when you’re done skating, head over to Winter Village at Westlight for the pop-ups third season at The William Vale’s 23rd floor rooftop. There you can take in more sweeping skyline views inside one of the cozy chalets while you enjoy Alpine-style fondue and seasonal cocktails.
We know what we’re adding to our holiday season to-do list!
